The BBA Department at Kuniya College successfully completed its Internship Training Program for fourth-semester students, coordinated by Dr. Joby George and Mrs. Aida Augustine, in collaboration with Lalit Resort and Spa Bekal, Alhind Kasaragod, Akbar Kanhangad, Kannur International Airport and Alhind Kozhikode.
Spanning 30 days of hotel and travel agency exposure, followed by 2 months at Kannur International Airport, the program provided invaluable hands-on experience in customer service, hotel management, tour operations, airport procedures and airline ticketing.
Student feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many students expressing how the training boosted their confidence and prepared them for challenges in the tourism and hospitality industry. This program has proven to be a vital step in equipping students for future careers in the sector.
