The Department of Arabic Language and Islamic History at Kuniya College of Arts and Science
offers a comprehensive curriculum that blends linguistic proficiency with historical and cultural
insights. The department focuses on providing students with a deep understanding of classical
and modern Arabic literature, Islamic civilization, and historical developments within the Arab
and Muslim worlds. With a dedicated faculty and cutting-edge resources, students are
encouraged to explore both the linguistic and historical dimensions of Arabic and Islamic studies.

• B.A. Arabic includes the study of Arabic literature, poetry and proses. This course also pays emphasis on the Arabic language, its dialects and includes the history and origin of the Arabic language.
• Islamic Studies is an undergraduate course in Arabic, which requires the study of the Quran and other sources of Islamic belief and theology. Students study foundational Islamic theology and the five pillars of Islamic law.
• Bachelor of Arts in Arabic course offers candidates to set up a career in various areas of Academic Institutions, Education & Research Institutes, Translation Agencies, Publishing Houses, Tourism agencies, Embassy, Customer Support, product-based companies.
