Under the guidance of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), students at Kuniya College organized a heartfelt Teachers’ Day celebration to honour the dedicated educators who shape our academic journey.
Ms. Fathima, a first-year B.A. Economics student, initiated the event by highlighting the significance of Teachers’ Day, dedicated to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan’s birth anniversary. Dr. Abbas T. P, the College Principal, inaugurated the day, alongside the esteemed Guest of Honour, Prof. (Dr.) K N Madhusoodanan.
Students conveyed their gratitude with flower bouquets and heartfelt cards, ensuring each faculty member had a chance to showcase talents and share experiences. The esteemed teachers shared insights, emphasizing the influential role their mentors played in shaping their success.
The day brimmed with fun as teachers actively engaged in student-organized activities, including a spirited quiz competition. Student representatives expressed admiration for the indispensable role teachers play in shaping society.
Mementoes were presented as tokens of appreciation, and the festivities concluded with Dr. K N Madhusoodanan cutting a specially crafted, Teachers’ Day cake. The unity and appreciation shared among faculty and students encompassed the spirit of our educational community.
